I have always put a lot of time, effort, and money into skincare products for my face, but up until quite recently, I hadn’t given my hands much thought. That was until I heard about these celebrities getting cosmetic surgery on their hands. Got me thinking about my own, and I started to really notice all the fine lines and wrinkles.
Not about to shell out on botox for my hands, so I started looking around for a better option. Came across Hand MD skincare, and decided to give it a go.
It’s the first clinically proven anti-aging hand-care line, and – spoiler alert – I am a little obsessed!
Daily Dual Repair Review
The Daily Dual Repair is their original product and is basically two products in one as it’s a two-step package.
One is an anti-aging serum that uses Retinol, peptides, and caffeine, and the other is a deep moisturizer that is rich in antioxidants and hydrates the upper layer of the skin.
There is a TON of info out there on the benefits of retinol and antioxidants in a beauty routine, and Hand MD seems to have cracked the code on the “why”. Just check out their before & after pics!

Why I wanted to try it:
Honestly, the clinical study is what sold me on trying this!
- 100% reported an increase in hydration
- 88% reported an increase in skin radiance
- 70% reported a decrease in the appearance of hyperpigmentation
- 86% reported an improvement in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
For less than what I pay for even just one face product, consider me sold.
What I noticed:
I’m not always the most consistent person when it comes to sticking to a routine, but this was easy. I kept the bottle on my night-stand so it became a bit of a pre-bed ritual.
I can definitely say it is more moisturizing than my old hand cream (I’m guessing it has something to do with the ingredients in each of the 2 steps), but the best part? Those little lines that were trying to give my age away (a lady has to have a few secrets) actually look reduced.
Not done my current bottle just yet, but I’ll definitely be checking out the rest of their line when it comes time to reorder!
